Small Steps, Big Changes

Committing to a healthier lifestyle doesn’t have to be challenging. The simplest changes, those small steps, can lead to big changes. Two key habits, eating the right portion sizes and walking regularly, can set you on the path to better health.

Music Moves Me

My sons have always encouraged me to stretch every day, even if you don’t work out. Stretching in the morning and before bed is a simple way to stay flexible and feel great.

Don’t Stop

Honestly, this isn’t my first journey. I’ve faced weight struggles before, but living unhealthily eventually catches up with you. A decade ago, I thought reaching 180s was challenging. However, I ended 2024 weighing 198lbs, so I’m grateful to now be at 187lbs. Interestingly, in 2021, I was the same size, venting on social media about my “jiggly puff” (belly pouch).
